Our 90-day warranty

Every repair we complete is backed by a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor. If the same issue we repaired returns within 90 days of your service date, we'll come back and put it right at no additional charge for that repair.

What's covered

For 90 days from the date of service, your warranty covers the specific repair we performed, the parts we installed, and the labor for that repair.

What's not covered

• • New or unrelated faults that were not part of the original repair.
• • Problems caused by misuse, accident, power surges, flooding, or improper use.
• • Pre-existing conditions we told you about, or repairs you chose to decline.
• • Cosmetic wear and normal aging of the appliance.
• • Parts or work added by anyone else after our visit.
• • Appliances we advised were beyond economical repair.

Genuine parts

We use genuine, manufacturer-grade parts. Where applicable, those parts may also carry their own manufacturer warranty in addition to ours.

Free diagnostic

The diagnostic fee is free when you proceed with the repair, and it is credited toward your job.
